The Spokane Region and the University District in particular are where education and business grow together. It is home to six outstanding higher education institutions that together enroll over 20,000 undergraduate and grad students. Proximity to these urban Spokane campuses, and to the best and brightest graduating from them, present tremendous talent opportunities for our region and beyond. These institutions are impacting and driving the knowledge economy, medical research, smart urban design, business innovations, and scientific breakthroughs.
