WSU launches neighborhood health tracking tool

Washington State University researchers have launched a new tool called SHELI, which stands for the Spokane HEalthy Living Indicators project. The tool is a map that displays several health indicators in Spokane neighborhoods, including the density of fast food places and supermarkets within a mile, nearest doctor, and walkability.
