David Guthrie named Northeast PDA director

David Guthrie has been selected as the executive director of the Northeast Public Development Authority. Guthrie is experienced in developing and managing commercial and mixed-use space, including the 160-acre Riverstone development, in Coeur d’Alene. He will serve as a staff member of Greater Spokane Incorporated dedicated to furthering economic development in the Hillyard industrial area of northeast Spokane.
