STA proposes delays in upcoming projects

Spokane Transit Authority, citing COVID-19-related complications, is proposing to delay earlier planned construction scheduling and completion dates for most remaining projects in the STA Moving Forward plan. STA is seeking public comment, and its board is expected to make a decision Nov. 19.
