Gonzaga to host regional public health, climate presentation - Nov 17

Gonzaga University’s Center for Climate, Society, and the Environment will hold Climate Crisis as Public Health Crisis: A Regional Perspective, 6-7:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, at GU’s Hemmingson Auditorium, 702 E. Desmet, in Spokane. The event will focus on the effects that climate change has on the health of those in the Inland Northwest. The guest speakers for the evening are Bob Lutz, health officer for Asotin County, Washington, and Amber Lenhart, who most recently served as the Spokane Regional Health District’s policy specialist. There is no cost to attend this presentation.
