Teresa Dugger and Bill Bouten honored for UD board service 2019-2024

The UD board recognized Bill Bouten and Teresa Dugger at their final 2024 meeting. We are extremely grateful to both of them for their years of fully engaged leadership in all aspects of the District's growth and success. Their expertise, perspectives, community connections, and outstanding spirit of collaboration will be missed around our board table.
Teresa joined the UD Board in 2019 and served in the following capacities:
- 2023-2024 Both UDPDA and UDDA Board Chair
- 2021-2024 UDDA Executive Committee
- 2019-2023 Development Committee
- 2023-2024 Nominating Committee
Bill also joined the UD Board in 2019 and served in the following capacities:
- 2019, 2020, and 2023 UDDA Board Vice Chair
- 2021-2022 UDDA Board Secretary
- 2019-2023 UDDA Executive Committee
- 2019-2024 Development Committee
- 2019-2020, 2022 Nominating Committee
In their absence, the board also recognized and thanked Susan Stacey, Chief Executive, Providence Inland NW WA, for her board service, leadership, and support from 2023-2024; and Stacie Maier, Director of Business and Public Affairs, Avista, for her board service in 2024.
