For those of you who had the good fortune to attend the Women in Leadership Forum hosted by the Journal of Business, please see some follow-up information and outstanding opportunities from Gonzaga!

If you would like to continue developing tools to help your organization work towards gender parity, I invite you to consider applying for Gonzaga University’s Certificate in Women’s Leadership, which launches this September! The Certificate in Women’s Leadership is a 3-month, non-degree course designed for female and male professionals who wish to develop skills and practices for advancing women in the workplace.  Through a hybrid of online and on-campus learning, the course will expose students to research and studies regarding women in the workplace, as well as current readings and materials on the subject. Additionally, the course will offer practical skills for mitigating common barriers facing professional women. To learn about this exciting new program, visit the webpage HERE.

The application form is now live, with review starting July 11th. Please note that we expect a high volume of applications for just 20 spots; thus, the selection of the pilot cohort will be competitive, with attention to diversity of ethnicity, gender, years of experience, organizations, and industries. Both men and women are encouraged to apply!

We look forward to an outstanding Fall 2018 Pilot Cohort for the Certificate in Women’s Leadership!
