Spectrum Development's Ironside project now leasing

A Seattle-based firm, Spectrum Development Solutions completed a new housing project on the Iron Bridge campus adjacent to the Spokane River.  

The project includes studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental units. The building spans a total of 102,450 square feet with 196 parking spaces.

The residential development also includes amenities to encourage a connection to the Spokane River and pedestrian use of Iron Bridge, which connects Gonzaga University to the University District.

Mithun Architects designed the building and the architect of record is ZBA. The project’s estimated was $25 million.

Spectrum Development Solutions, founded in 2008, is a real estate development and advisory firm with a focus on urban, mixed-use, transit-oriented, and environmentally sustainable projects. Spectrum has completed or is underway on 1,225 units of multi-family apartment housing, 7,600 beds of student housing, including several projects for the University of Washington in Seattle, as well as student housing adjacent to Seattle University and Western Washington University, among others. It manages $450 million of mixed-use, urban, and student housing development in the Puget Sound area, according to the firm’s LinkedIn page.
