JC Wright Lighting moving in to new headquarters in UD

JC Wright Lighting Sales is building a $1.3 million corporate headquarters just east of downtown Spokane.

Ginno Construction of Idaho, the contractor, will construct JC Wright’s two-story, 10,200-square-foot office and warehouse facility at 413 E. Third Ave. The site is being developed by a holding company, Rock on 3rd LLC, held by JC Wright owner Doug Wright and his wife, Cathy.

With expected completion of the building in December, the business will relocate from its current site on Trent Avenue.

The company represents 70 lighting manufacturers, according to its website. It has handled lighting systems for many regional projects, including recent ones for Newport Health (see photo at left), Kalispel Golf and Country Club, Wapato High School and McEuen Park.
